Service terms
AcmeLearn provides independent IELTS preparation and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the owners of IELTS. Accounts are personal and private lecture links, recordings and course materials must not be shared. Students must provide accurate registration and Zoom display information.
Payments and subscriptions
Prices and billing frequency are displayed before checkout. Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily reverse a completed billing period.
Refund policy
A course purchase may be refunded within seven days when less than 10% of self-paced content has been accessed and no private coaching session or marked submission has been used. Duplicate or unauthorized payments are investigated promptly. Approved refunds return to the original method, subject to provider processing times.
Lecture conduct
Harassment, recording without consent, impersonation and redistribution of class content are prohibited. AcmeLearn may remove a participant to protect the class and investigate serious conduct concerns.
Cookies and device storage
Essential storage keeps authentication, security state and offline drafts functioning. Optional analytics and marketing technologies require consent where applicable. Learners can reject optional cookies without losing core access.
Accessibility and accommodations
Students may request reasonable timing, display, caption or navigation accommodations through support. AcmeLearn aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA.

Questions and complaints may be submitted through the support centre. Nigerian law governs these terms unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
